30 Day Easy Returns is available for domestic orders only, with the 30-day window starting on the delivery date. We do not accept returns on international orders. Get Out Gear covers return shipping for eligible domestic returns. Lightly used gear is acceptable. International customers can contact us about eligible manufacturing-defect warranty claims; customers are responsible for shipping on those claims.
Return instructions:
1) Email us at support@shopgogear.com
2) Provide your order number and items you want to return.
3) We will reply with a link with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping label.
4) Ship the items back.
We usually process refunds within 2–3 business days after receiving your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
